Yarmouth Life Skills Employability Program supports adults in building confidence, developing real-world job skills, and moving toward meaningful employment at their own pace. Through customized group programs, small cohorts, and one-to-one coaching, participants can access skill-building, emotional wellness supports, resume and interview preparation, certifications, job placements, and ongoing workplace coaching. Funding may be available through ESIA, DSP, or private purchase.
